The goal of Woodbridge Township Animal Control is to care for stray and abandoned animals in our community while also ensuring public health and safety, improving our quality of life, and promoting animal welfare through law enforcement, public awareness campaigns, and the adoption of humane policies.

An all-volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit organization called Garden State German Shepherd Rescue (GSGSR) is committed to saving and caring for German Shepherd Dogs in the State of New Jersey.

To encourage the kind treatment and upkeep of animals kept as pets, to give refuge to those in need, to instruct and help their human companions. We think that every animal has the right to a loving home and the right to be desired before it is born.
