Our main goal is to put out our best positive effort. The energy that enables us to perform life-saving work is provided by our personnel, volunteers, and foster families.

A nonprofit animal shelter, Pet Network Humane Society is committed to rescuing and enhancing the lives of animals via adoption, rescue, and humane education initiatives. Pet Network's life-saving work is totally supported by 501(c)3 tax-exempt contributions from people like you.

We are a sanctuary even though we often have a lot of cats who are very adoptable. Many of our cats are either older (8 years and up) or reserved around strangers. Despite the fact that many of them are great cats with the potential to make fantastic companions and housecats, it takes more time and careful work to win their trust and assist them in acclimating to a new environment.

The Carson Animal Services Initiative (CASI) can be useful in this situation. Founded in 2012 to assist collect money for the construction of Carson City's new animal shelter, CASI is now concentrated on supporting local initiatives that enhance the quality of life for both animals and those who care for them.
