Tuscarawas County Humane Society

TCHS is a charitable organization that focuses on rescuing the mistreated, abandoned, and neglected animals in Tuscarawas County.

All of our pets should be placed into a stable, loving family, according to Heaven to Earth Rescue. We ask that all candidates go through an initial screening with one of our adoption counselors to determine whether you'll be a good fit in the puppy's best interest. Here is a brief explanation of how this procedure operates.

For a brief period, all pets can be picked up at the Carroll County Dog Pound at 2185 Kensington Road. Carrollton, Ohio 44615, NE Route 9.

The Stark County Dog Warden Department had a devastating turnover of canines in their care in 2005 and was regrettably recognized as a "high-kill" facility.
