In all areas of operations and duties entrusted to this division, the Stark County Sheriff's Office Dog Warden Division will be proactive, inventive, caring, efficient, and effective.

A Charitable Organization Committed to Aiding Animals Peace for Pets' overall purpose is to advocate the compassionate treatment of all animals.

The Stark County Humane Society is a nonprofit, for-profit company. We are not a county organization, and the United Way does not sponsor us. Our sustained existence and prosperity depends upon the support of the community through membership fees, gifts, and contributions.

In the event that owners are unable to care for their animals, we get animals from owner surrenders. We also accept transfers of animals from other rescue organizations or municipal shelters. Housing, food, affection, and medical care are all things we offer. Until they are adopted into their forever homes, the animals in our care will live their lives in a loving and compassionate environment thanks to the efforts of the Farina Family Foundation and all of our employees and volunteers.
