We are thrilled that you are thinking about saving a stray puppy. The demand for devoted, considerate, and responsible adoptive families is tremendous given that over 4 million cats and dogs are put to death each year in the US.

A small group of concerned Golden Retriever breeders and owners founded Golden Re-Triever Rescue Inc. in 1997 after coming together previously for the same goal. to locate long-term, devoted homes for Golden Retrievers that are in need of adoption in New Jersey. Since then, the Golden Retriever Rescue of Northern New Jersey (GRRI-NJ) has successfully dedicated itself to this objective, finding homes for more than 1035 Goldens in New Jersey, Westchester County, NY, and Rockland County, NY.

As a 501c3 nonprofit organization devoted to assisting all animals in finding peace, we are Buddy's Rescue. Freddie & Chantalle, who are committed to aiding any animal in need, formed Buddy's Rescue Inc.

In 2007, Peace4Paws was established. Yogic "ahimsa," which signifies non-violence toward all living things, served as our inspiration. All living things deserve to live in safety and serenity.
