We are a foster-based rescue with "dogs and cats of all sizes ready for adoption! Our objective is to restore each rescued dog's faith in people."

We are a Michigan-based, 501C3 non-profit, charitable Chihuahua and small breed rescue. Every dog deserves a forever home and a second chance, according to our group of committed, passionate volunteers.

501 (C)(3) nonprofit All About Animals Rescue is committed to No More Homeless Pets and the avoidance of the euthanasia of healthy adoptable animals by offering affordable wellness care and spaying/neutering for cats and dogs.

Friends for Animals of Metro Detroit (FAMD) doesn't simply rescue dogs and cats; we also create life-changing relationships with the individuals who adopt them, adding a bit more love to the world by recognizing the unique connection between an animal and their "human."

The Ferndale Cat Shelter is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization committed to offering cat residents in the Metropolitan Detroit region access to medical care, adoption services, foster homes, and trap-neuter-release programs. As a no-kill group, our goal is to better the lives of cats in our neighborhood and raise the bar for cat guardianship and adoption. The Catfé Lounge, a cat café that serves as our central location for cat adoption, volunteerism, and fostering, is our licensed shelter.

The Catfé Lounge is a unique interpretation of the cat cafe concept that was founded in 2015. We are a part of the Ferndale Cat Shelter, a 501c3 cat rescue, not just a collaborator with an animal sanctuary.

We are the largest high-quality, high-volume, low-cost to no-cost spay and neuter, non-profit animal welfare organization in Michigan with clinics in Warren, Flint, Detroit, and Auburn Hills. "All About Animals Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, founded in 2005, dedicated to ending pet overpopulation. Our focus is on spay/neuter, community cat management, pet adoption, and pet wellness care in the pursuit of No More Homeless Pets!"

Rescue as many well-behaved, adoptable dogs as you can from owner surrenders and the county shelters' euthanasia lists; offer rescued pets a humane environment until permanent homes can be found; and inform the public about ethical pet ownership.

The foundation of our rescue organization IS, in fact, foster parents. For big and small dogs, adult to elderly dogs, dedicated foster homes are required.

When she saved her first cat in 2015, founder Marie Perreault started rescuing. Her activities have since developed into Detroit Community Cat Rescue. We are a 501c3 nonprofit and the first cat-only shelter in Detroit.
