Blue Earth Nicollet County Humane Society (BENCHS)

Animal rescue organization Mending Spirits Animal Rescue, situated in Mankato, Minnesota, is non-profit 501(c)(3) and entirely volunteer-run. It was established in October 2013. Our foster homes are situated in Mankato, Minnesota, and other nearby communities.

We came together with the shared interest of rescuing, rehabbing, and rehoming animals after recognizing the need for local rescue in our neighborhood. Founded with pride on November 26, 2016.

Our focus is on horses, dogs, and cats. In November 2012, Keri (Marsh) Bedeaux established PPAR. We have helped about 1800 animals since 2012. TN, OK, KY, GA, AL, TX, SD, and ND are the states from where the majority of our animals are sourced. We make an effort to give local animals in need priority, but we also accept owner surrenders.

Located in Blue Earth, Minnesota, the Faribault County Humane Society (FCHS) is a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization run entirely by volunteers. It is a no-kill shelter that also serves as the community's animal clinic.

Furball Farm is committed to provide shelter to cats who are in desperate situations. Until they are adopted into a loving home, each cat is free to live out its entire life in a cage-free environment.
