A high-save shelter, BrightSide is committed to reducing animal homelessness and needless euthanasia by offering sheltering, placement, and prevention services.

We are a 501c3 non-profit rescue dedicated to rescuing dogs from high-kill shelters. We specialize on "bully breeds," but will aid in the rescue of any type of dog.

To establish an animal-friendly community, provide sanctuary for lost and abandoned pets, and place them in devoted, long-term homes. Additionally, we are committed to enhancing the welfare of all domestic animals in Crook County by advocating spaying and neutering as well as other good pet ownership behaviors.

We are a nonprofit 5013c in the Tumalo neighborhood of Bend, Oregon, that rescues and rehomes canines from shelters and emergency circumstances. We are a group of volunteers who are committed to preventing pet overpopulation and preserving lives.

We support dogs in need around the world and their communities via rescue, adoption, wellness, spay/neuter, and education. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization in Bend, Oregon.

A strategic planning process has recently been started by the Humane Society of Central Oregon to chart a brave course for our animal-loving community's future.
