The mission of Tiny Miracles Kitten Rescue is to save the lives of the tiniest cats. During the kitten season, both in animal shelters and on the streets, hundreds of sick or orphaned kittens face a death sentence.

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue organization that offers affordable and accessible spay and neuter services.

We are pleased to offer Carter County residents a Community/Feral Cat program. Through this program, locals will have a cost-free opportunity to have community/feral cats spayed or neutered, their ears tipped, and their rabies vaccines.

Our goal is to rescue both owner-released and homeless cats and dogs whose owners can no longer care for them because of challenging circumstances. As we try to find new, loving homes for our cats and dogs, we provide these animals with a place to live with compassion, dignity, and hope.

As a supervised intake facility, the Animal Shelter of Sullivan County requires an appointment before you can surrender your pet. We no longer accept feral or community cats, but we still provide Sullivan County residents with a Community Cat trap, neuter, and release program (Excluding Kingsport and Bristol City).
