As a supervised intake facility, the Animal Shelter of Sullivan County requires an appointment before you can surrender your pet. We no longer accept feral or community cats, but we still provide Sullivan County residents with a Community Cat trap, neuter, and release program (Excluding Kingsport and Bristol City).
