Hot Springs Animal Services

In 2001, the doors of the Guardian Angels Cat Club were opened, thanks to the vision of Virginia Harvey and others. Originally situated at 873 Park Avenue in Hot Springs' Historic District, the Shelter could accommodate roughly 100 cats and kittens at once. ​

Garland and Saline County are served by the gated Village community's Hot Springs Village Animal Control. Thanks to our collaboration with the 501(c)3 non-profit Hot Springs Village Animal Welfare League, we are a no-kill shelter.

We take action because we believe it is our social duty to care for and place abused and abandoned animals in loving homes. Unfortunately, some pet owners neglect or abandon their animals.

The Hot Springs Village Animal Welfare League is a nonprofit animal rescue group whose goals are to find homes for all rescued or surrendered adoptable companion animals and to stop the overpopulation of unwanted animals.

This page serves as a showcase for the lovely animals up for adoption at the Malvern Shelter, for animals in need of foster homes, and to aid in the reunion of lost or found animals at the shelter with their owners.

A no-kill animal sanctuary with a focus on cats, dogs, kittens, and puppies, we are a 501c3 organization. Each of our devoted animals is looking for their perfect permanent home.
