Hallie Hill Animal Sanctuary

Our objective is to give shelter, food, veterinary care—all of our dogs are spayed or neutered—and love until our rescues are healthy and socialized enough to be adopted.

In our ideal future, everyone and all animals will be treated with respect and care.

Our goal is to put an end to the killing of all adoptable cats and dogs by running a no-kill shelter, encouraging forever adoptions, spreading humane awareness, and offering affordable spay/neuter procedures.

A 501(c)3 nonprofit organization called Dorchester Paws, originally the Frances R. Willis SPCA, is committed to enhancing the welfare of animals in Dorchester County, South Carolina.
