Dorchester County Animal Control

A 501(c)3 nonprofit organization called Dorchester Paws, originally the Frances R. Willis SPCA, is committed to enhancing the welfare of animals in Dorchester County, South Carolina.

The Berkeley County Animal Shelter is dedicated to upholding a financially responsible, healthy, safe, and loving environment for Berkeley County's rescued, abandoned, abused, or neglected animals where all animals receive the proper care and attention at all times and are treated with dignity and respect while working to find the animals safe, lifelong homes.

In our ideal future, everyone and all animals will be treated with respect and care.

More than 100 volunteers across the country who are passionate about the continued welfare of the Molosser Bulldog & Mastiff breeds make up the OREBA RESCUE NETWORK GROUP.
