We are a "No-Kill" animal rescue group made up of like-minded individuals, and our goal is to rescue, shelter, treat medically, sterilize, and rehabilitate surrendered, abandoned, abused, or neglected animals.

A Board of Directors oversees CNHS and sets the organization's policies, operational norms, strategic plans, and fundraising goals.

Animals are not killed at KAAS. The duration of the animals in our care is unrestricted. The animal stays with us for however long it takes to find a new home, as long as it is physically and psychologically well. When necessary, we work in collaboration with other animal welfare organizations and specialized rescues to assist in placing animals in adoring homes.
