Off the Natcher Parkway, in Western Kentucky, between Owensboro and Bowling Green, is where you'll find the Ohio County Animal Shelter. Having once been a shelter with a very high kill rate, we are now working to continue reducing the number of animals put to sleep or who pass away from illnesses.
