One of Lake County's largest no-kill cat and dog rescues, Save-A-Pet is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and runs a full-time adoption center. For abused, abandoned, hurt, lost, or animals that have evaded euthanasia, we offer a safe sanctuary.

A cutting-edge, prevention-based animal welfare organization is called Our House of Hope. Our main focus is on the rescue, treatment, and rehoming of animals. We set an example by being active in the community and educating others.

The mission of As Good as Gold - Golden Retriever Rescue of Illinois is to save, care for, and place for adoption Golden Retrievers and Golden Mixes.
