We are a 501 c3 Non-Profit, Charitable Organization that runs a Cage-Free Rescue & Shelter with Limited Intake.

The mission of CFFR is to transform lives and significantly improve the welfare of kittens and cats in Colorado and the neighboring states.

We routinely accept dogs from far beyond Colorado and work with collie and sheltie rescues and shelters across the nation.

The sanctuary cared for millions of abandoned animals, and it now aims to help young people become better animal and environmental activists in the future.

For more than 30 years, Cat Care Society has worked to enhance the lives of abandoned, mistreated, and injured cats.
