Beaver County did not have an animal shelter in the 1940s. When an animal outlived its usefulness or became a burden, drowning or dumping it was considered acceptable. Lois Glenn Wolfe found the situation untenable.

At Cats N'At, we work hard to rethink the experience of visiting a shelter by establishing a setting that seems like home, allowing adoptable cats to wander around freely and engage with passersby!

The purpose of Arley's Angels is to provide shelter for stray cats in Beaver County. Trap, neuter, and release (TNR) programs will be used to achieve this. To encourage the adoption and homing of healthy cats, shelter, food, medical attention, and socialization are provided.

We're thrilled to collaborate with Cats N'At! Wexford is home to a brand-new cat lounge and resource center. Both people and our feline friends can enjoy the wonderful, peaceful atmosphere they provide!
