Pendleton Animal Welfare Shelter

In Randolph County, West Virginia, and the surrounding areas, RCHS has dedicated more than 50 years to assisting abused, neglected, and abandoned animals.

Every savable animal that comes into our care will be saved, as promised by our shelter. Even at the request of the owner, we never put healthy or treatable animals to sleep.

The process of rescue involves a large number of people, including volunteers, the shelters that take these creatures in, cross-posters, network workers, transporters, and the rescue itself. They must all work together; none of them can accomplish it alone. Many people have made this promise.

For county dogs and cats, HSPC gives discounted coupons for spaying, neutering, and rabies shots all year round. We also provide the neighborhood with humane education.
