Teddy's Rescue Mission

The Humane Society of Hancock County was established on June 18, 1888, by locals in Hancock County who were interested in matters relating to animal welfare, control, and education.

The goal when creating Tabby Tails was to provide a safety net for cats at risk. These cats are more likely to be put to death in the shelter system. This applies to both feral and crippled cats.

The Wood County Commissioners in Ohio are in charge of the Wood County Dog Shelter, which is a department. With a total area of 617 square miles and a population of 125,488 people, Wood County is one of Ohio's larger counties.

The Wood County Humane Society's mission is to be a leader in the community by offering products and services that improve the bond between people and animals through advocacy, instruction, and animal care.

The Wyandot County Humane Society is a group dedicated to protecting animals. Its main goals are to prevent and end animal cruelty and suffering as well as to promote respect, responsibility, and compassion in society at large.
