San Diego Humane Society's El Cajon Campus

We actively engage in public breed education, rescue work, foster care rehabilitation, animal training, terrier expertise, and frequently, life-saving medical care and placement in vetted forever homes, as our mission statement makes clear.

Numerous thousands of greyhounds have been rescued, treated, and placed in loving homes since 1987 thanks to the non-profit Greyhound Adoption Center (Houndsavers).

Our little rescue was established in San Diego, California. Our committed group of volunteers works to rescue shelter dogs from death row in Southern California's numerous high-kill facilities.

The goal of the 501(c)3 animal rescue organization Labradors and Friends Dog Rescue Group is to assist in saving the lives of Labradors, Labrador-mixes, and Labrador "friends" from kill-shelters in California and other parts of the southwest.

Bunnies and occasionally small canines are saved at Shelly's Shelter.
