Rescue and rehoming are done without passing judgment on the homes or the animals. Only bad situations are bad; there are no bad animals.

We are affiliated with the American Kennel Association and are a safe haven for all dogs.

Our little rescue was established in San Diego, California. Our committed group of volunteers works to rescue shelter dogs from death row in Southern California's numerous high-kill facilities.

To promote community education while advocating for animal welfare by offering adoption and rehabilitation services to the animals in our care.

The mission of Mutt Scouts, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dog rescue, is to assist mistreated, neglected, and homeless canines. No of the expense, we are dedicated to giving each animal we save the right socialization, training, and medical care.
