The SEAACA is committed to offering programs for the care of abandoned and unwanted pets, reuniting lost pets with their families, and finding new homes for adoptable pets with the help of its Board of Commissioners and committed staff.

Since 1955, our grassroots organization has been preventing pet overpopulation in Southern California. We offer low-income pet owners financial assistance for spay/neuter procedures, humane education in the neighborhood, support for legislation that safeguards animals, and services for animal adoption and rescue.

Our goal is to find adoptable lost, abandoned, or surrendered St. Bernards, rescue them, provide the necessary care and medical attention, including spaying or neutering them, re-socialize them in foster homes, and then place them in long-term adoptive homes where they will be cherished and given the proper care.

Until permanent adoptive homes are found, ZZY CATS saves as many furry friends as we can, treats them medically, and places them in caring foster homes. We are a completely volunteer-run company that only receives funding from charitable contributions from the general public.
