The diversified PSPCA population, which includes both urban and rural areas, is reflected in the Central PA Center in Danville (Montour County). The 5-acre facility provides a safe sanctuary for horses and barnyard animals in addition to dogs and cats, which is crucial in our fight against cruelty and neglect.
