OUR MISSION IS TO SUPPORT AN ANIMAL CARING COMMUNITY BY OFFERING SHELTER, PROMOTING ANIMAL WELFARE, AND PROMOTING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ANIMALS AND HUMANS THROUGH CREATIVE PROGRAMS, EDUCATION, AND SERVICE.

The goal of the shelter is to promote responsible pet ownership among the community's residents while also ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of the animals.

Serving Chouteau county and the neighboring areas with pride, we are a small animal shelter in Central Montana. A non-profit animal shelter with nearly 25 years of experience is Florence Dedman Animal Shelter.

HSNWMT is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) limited admission, no-kill organization run by a Board of Directors. Its main goals are to provide orphaned cats and dogs loving, forever homes and to stop killing healthy, adoptable pets.
