The goal of the shelter is to promote responsible pet ownership among the community's residents while also ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of the animals.

OUR MISSION IS TO SUPPORT AN ANIMAL CARING COMMUNITY BY OFFERING SHELTER, PROMOTING ANIMAL WELFARE, AND PROMOTING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ANIMALS AND HUMANS THROUGH CREATIVE PROGRAMS, EDUCATION, AND SERVICE.

Animal control is something we do for the City of Havre. Our aim is to provide a secure environment for animals until their owners can pick them up.

Our main goal is to put out our best positive effort. Our volunteers and members give us the drive to carry out our mission. Our goal is to give animals the best chance at a long and happy life. We do this by providing low-cost spay and neuter clinics to help with population control, preventing needless euthanasia by finding loving homes for unwanted pets through adoption or pass-through, and preventing shelters from becoming overcrowded and being forced to euthanize.

Animal food cooperative Freckles and Tomcat Rescue is a no-kill rescue group. We provide food supplements for pets of the housebound, elderly, and crippled as well as animals cared for by foster families, rescue organizations, shelters, and even animals surviving on the streets.
