Rockdale County Animal Control

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to giving retired racing Greyhounds and other sighthounds in need food, shelter, and love while also encouraging their adoption as devoted and devoted companions.

We can rescue more animals thanks to our foster program, and it also allows us to get to know the animals in our care better before placing them up for adoption.

We are committed to locating devoted homes that provide the Newton County animals with a high standard of living.

Offers emergency pet safe lodging, veterinary treatment, pet-related safety planning, legal advocacy, a 24-hour crisis line, outreach programs, and other services anywhere in Georgia without cost to assist both human and animal victims of domestic violence in obtaining safety.

As an open-admissions facility, the majority of abandoned, stray, or surrendered animals are taken in. For every animal in our care, we work hard to find suitable adoptive parents, foster homes, or rescue organizations.
