The mission of MG Dog Rescue is to rescue dogs and provide them with a temporary home until they are adopted by loving homes. Every year in Shaw, I save many dogs from dangerous situations, and my goal is to make the adoption process speedy so that I can go out and save more lives. As someone who is committed to ending animal cruelty, I think that no companion animal should ever have to be put to death due to a lack of a home. A 501c3 non-profit organization called Clarksdale Animal Rescue Effort & Shelter (CARES) was established with the goal of enhancing the shelter's state and insuring the survival of the animals housed there.

We are a nonprofit animal shelter in Leflore County, Mississippi, and we gladly welcome gifts of all sizes to support the adoption of our furry friends.

Cats and dogs can find a warm place to sleep, play, and eat at animal shelters. Each animal is examined by a veterinarian to ensure that it has gotten all necessary vaccines and is being cared for correctly.
