Our mission is to make animals' lives better, lessen their suffering, and raise their standing in society. We protect, rescue, shelter, heal, adopt, and speak out for animals in need while igniting civic compassion and action.

By offering a no-kill animal control and shelter to care for and protect animals from abuse, neglect, and abandonment, Rabun Paws 4 Life aims to positively impact Rabun County.

The care and disposal of abandoned and homeless animals brought to the shelter by law enforcement officials or local residents is handled by NEGAS. The animals will get compassionate treatment and care while they are housed at the shelter, pending their owner's recovery, adoption, rescue, or, if necessary, euthanasia.

Our goal is to foster responsible pet ownership in our neighborhood and provide compassionate care for dogs and cats.
