Cass County Animal Control

We are committed to saving stray, abandoned, and homeless animals who are up for adoption. Since its founding in February 2005, AFL has provided an alternative to animal control facilities by relocating animals into foster homes until they can be adopted into devoted, long-term homes.

Throughout it all, one idea has guided us: "It's All About the Animals." To observe our staff's commitment to the animals, their care, and finding them forever homes, you only need to go inside the shelter and speak with them.

By safeguarding and providing for the population of Berrien County, we work to maintain the highest possible standard of living for both people and animals. Promoting pet stewardship by spaying and neutering companion animals while upholding state and local laws.

An animal adoption program is run by the St. Joseph County Animal Shelter with the goal of finding unwanted pets suitable homes and responsible pet owners.

A non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers, Animal Aid of Southwestern Michigan is committed to alleviating the suffering of injured, abused, abandoned, and homeless dogs and cats in Berrien County.
