Benton County Animal Shelter

The Waverly Animal Shelter is who we are. The City of Waverly pays us our salary.

In McKenzie, West Tennessee, there is a NO-KILL animal shelter called the Carroll County Humane Society. (Neither do we restrict the amount of time an animal may stay at our shelter, nor do we euthanize animals to free up room.)

To give injured and helpless animals a place to stay, treatment, food, and the chance for a second chance at life. Do the best for unwanted animals that come our way is our guiding principle.

Lexington, Tennessee is home to the Frances Halbrook Hensley Animal Shelter, a 501(c)3 organization. The late Frances H. Hensley, an enthusiastic animal lover, had the vision and left behind the Shelter, which was established in 2016.

In Weakley County, Tennessee, there is a rustic, open-air, charity animal refuge called Red Fern Animal Shelter.
