The Animal Rescue League of Boston is a steadfast protector of animals in need and is dedicated to preserving their well-being in environments and homes.

The Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL) has been providing assistance to animals and those who care for them for more than 120 years; in fact, we are frequently the first to respond. With more than 1,000 committed volunteers and 100 staff members, ARL provides unwavering support to local communities, families, and animals.

We are committed to rescuing dogs from high-kill shelters in Central Arkansas and elsewhere that have been abandoned, mistreated, or abused. We support regional canine surrenders, shelters, and specialized rescue operations outside of Central Arkansas even though our rescue efforts are concentrated there.

Gifford is the oldest free-roaming, no-kill refuge in the nation and has been in operation since 1884. We specialize in giving cats a second shot at a fulfilling life and collaborate extensively with potential adopters to find the ideal match for their needs and those of their household.

To provide specialized support and care for kittens and cats that are difficult to place, Lucky Cats Rescue collaborates with a few other rescues and shelters. LCR works to match those cats and kittens with the people who will benefit from them. We think that the closeness of the link between pets and their owners can bring happiness and solace during trying times.

Families in underserved locations can obtain cheap animal care resources through our community outreach program.
