Belmont County Animal Rescue League

Our goal at the Belmont County Animal Shelter is to save the lives of stray, abandoned animals in our care, find missing dogs their owners, safeguard the public's safety, and prevent both people and their pets from health-related problems.

At Back Street Cat Rescue Inc., our goal is to assist stray cats and kittens in finding devoted, lifelong homes. Every cat we rescue receives the happily-ever-after we can provide. We work to place homeless cats in loving, permanent homes in the Upper Ohio Valley through rescue, assistance, and copious amounts of love and compassion.

The mission of the nonprofit BCHS is to end all forms of animal exploitation. In collaboration with other organizations, BCHS will offer assistance for adoption into a forever loving home.

The HCDP Volunteers is a 501c3 organization that helps better the life of the dogs staying at the Harrison County Dog Pound in Cadiz, OH.

A "quality of life" refuge for abandoned and mistreated animals in the Ohio Valley is called Hounds' Haven.
