We are a dedicated 501c3 nonprofit that houses stray dogs and cats. Our primary intake comes from Jacksonville, Alabama, and while we have limited resources, we have big hearts. We put forth a lot of effort to place our charges, and we appreciate collaborations with ethical rescues.

We want to reassure all of our past, present, and potential clients that we are there for you and your furry family members at this trying time. We've implemented touch-free payment methods, and there's hand sanitizer on hand at the counter.

By increasing their prospects of adoption and retention in devoted forever homes, the Encore Enrichment Center for Shelter Dogs was founded to assist regional animal shelters in saving more dogs.

to save dogs who have been abandoned, neglected, or undesired. to work toward the humane treatment, care, and welfare of all animals via knowledge and instruction. through spay and neuter, to aid in reducing pet overpopulation.

The staff will get in touch with the vet for the sterilization procedure as soon as a pet has been adopted. The staff will transport the animal to the veterinarian to be spayed or neutered and receive a rabies vaccination once the surgery date has been confirmed with the veterinarian. The sterilization procedure, rabies vaccine, and microchipping are all included in the adoption price. Some animals have previously undergone sterilization and immunizations. In these situations, you won't pay the adoption fee until your adoption is authorized.
