Dr Susan Cannon has owned the Wasson Memorial Veterinary Clinic since 1994. She graduated from the University of California School of Veterinary Medicine in 1985. Dr. Cannon is an orthopedic surgeon who practices as a general practitioner. Dr. Ralph H Lewis, her mentor, invented the first successful canine total hip replacement device, as well as canine total elbow and knee prostheses. Dr. Cannon's work in complete joint replacement, bone plating, and reconstructive orthopedic surgery has continued.
