Dr. Jim Guntharp and our healthcare staff have worked hard to provide great patient care to the Jonesboro community since the hospital originally opened in 1980. Doctors Jim Guntharp, Gary Strickland, Everett Rogers, Danielle Barnes, Dr. Rhue, and Dr. McMahand have a combined 90 years of small animal medical experience.

Dr. Sarrah Owens is a native of northeast Arkansas! Dr. Owens was a Westside Warrior in high school and an Arkansas State University Redwolf during her college studies. In 2019, she graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Dr. Owens has two dogs (Delta and Blayze) and a house cat, Penny, who was once a research kitten. When they aren't escaping to Lake Norfork, she shares her home with her husband and kid.
