Wateree Animal Hospital

Dr. Peter McKoy relocated to Camden, South Carolina, in 1972 to start a veterinary clinic. Wateree Animal Hospital outgrew its three-room facility by 1975. Dr. McKoy was able to construct on the site of the current Camden location at 500 York Street because to the assistance of a local businessman, Mr. Bud Davis of Davis Printing Company. Since then, a second hospital has been opened in addition to the renovation and expansion of the Camden facility.
