I received my veterinary medicine degree from the University of Florida and my master's degree in biology from the University of Miami. My research has also focused on general surgery, dermatology, and reptile biology. I have significant experience treating unusual animals such as ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles, pocket pets, and other exotic species in addition to dogs and cats.
