Ferguson & Associates Equine Hospital

Dr. Ferguson is a veterinarian who also enjoys riding horses. Respect for the horse has always been and will continue to be important to his way of life. He proceeded to work at the famed Hobeau Farm in Ocala, Florida, after graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in animal science in 1976. The farm has produced and raced several exceptional horses, including Prove Out and Onion, who both beat Secretariat. He enrolled the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine after two years there and a year working at south Florida racetracks for a prominent veterinary practice, M.B.Teigland and Associates.
