We at Loving Touch Animal Clinic (LTAC) are committed to our teams' professional progress and partnering with our clients for the life of their pets in order to provide high-quality medicine and a positive client experience. Dr. Stephanie Smalls established Loving Touch Animal Clinic in Newark, Delaware, in 2014. Initially, the clinic operated as a one-room operation out of her home office. Dr. Julianne Constantine joined the office as an associate veterinarian in 2017, after we opened a full-service veterinary hospital in 2016.
