We had previously operated out of the SAVES building at 63 Evans Drive, Lebanon, New Hampshire, but we have grown by leaps and bounds and now have our very own, brand new facility! Our daytime veterinary hospital provides top-notch wellness care as well as routine and complicated surgery services, dental, behavioral, ultrasonic, and other diagnostic services. Stonecliff was founded in 1990 in Bradford, Vermont.

Veterinary services at SAVES include Emergency and Critical Care services, which are available 24/7. Our medical team is trained to provide care for dogs and cats. We understand that your pet is a part of your family and we strive to treat you and your pet with the utmost empathy and respect for your relationship and bond. The Dog House at Etna Road and Upper Valley Veterinary Services, owned by owner Dr. Charlie Hutchinson, were combined to form Animal Medical Center of the Upper Valley, a full-service veterinary hospital and boarding/daycare facility, in July 2019.

The majority of us who practice holistic medicine do so for various reasons. I was growing more and more disillusioned in my traditional practice with cancer, ongoing ear, skin, and intestinal issues that I couldn't entirely fix. I believed I needed to be able to provide my patients' owners with more. After a major life event in 2003, I made the decision to sell my Wisconsin practice, move my family back to New Hampshire, and sell my practice there. I believed that this was the ideal time to further my education in acupuncture, herbal, and energy therapy in order to help people who weren't helped by prescription medications or surgery.
