On October 15, 1979, when Dr. Jerry Smith made the decision to launch his own clinic. At the time, Bowling Green only had a small number of veterinary clinics, and By Pass Animal Clinic was one of the first to focus solely on treating companion animals. Due to our steadfast dedication to our clients and commitment to giving our patients the best care possible, By Pass Animal Clinic has expanded over the years. Dr. Hannah Thomas joined the Snodgrass Veterinary Medical Center team in 2017, and Dr. Stan Snodgrass founded the facility in 1989. Over the course of the hospital's more than 30 years of operation, Snodgrass Veterinary Medical Center has expanded to offer full surgery and medicine services for small animals, grooming, boarding, and an on-site pet crematory.
