Dr. Mark Ryan and Dr. Justin Seely, local veterinarians, have recently partnered up to launch Monument View Veterinary Hospital in Grand Junction, along with Certified Veterinarian Technician Miranda Schroeder. Small animal medicine is the focus of the profession, which uses fear-free, pet-friendly procedures. Redstone Animal Hospital was created by Dr. Ryan in 1995, and a new state-of-the-art veterinary facility was erected in 2009. Ryan spent the following few years consulting with veterinary practices around Colorado after Redstone was acquired by a global veterinary firm in 2016.

The Dr. Thad Respet-owned Sky Canyon Veterinary Hospital is conveniently situated next to the Mesa Mall on the outskirts of the Redland community.
