Dr. Lisa McCarthy is a native of El Paso, Texas, and a 1989 graduate of Texas A&M University with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. She also graduated from Colorado State University with a master's degree in business administration in 2005, making her a proud "double Aggie."
