Since 1974, Brenford Animal Hospital has had the honor of caring for pets and horses on the Delmarva Peninsula, providing lifelong care. Brenford Animal Hospital, founded in 1974 by Drs. Craig A. Stonesifer and William F. Moffett, began caring for dogs, cats, and horses from all across the Dover and Delmarva Peninsula region. Dr. Greg S. Hammer and Dr. Paul F. Hanebutt, Jr. joined the practice in 1975 and 1979, respectively. The practice continued to expand and provide services to the community. Dr. Karen Usselman and Jeffrey Booth joined Brenford in 1996 and 1999, respectively. We had growing pains throughout the years and decided to open Brenford South Animal Clinic in Camden, Delaware, in 2008.

Dover Spay Neuter Clinic was founded in 2013. Dr. Stacy Waters, DVM has over 25 years of experience as a veterinarian. Dr. Waters and her staff are enthusiastic about the services they offer to the community. Dover's spay and neuter clinic provides low-cost spay and neuter surgeries, vaccines, microchipping, FELV/FIV testing, Heartworm testing/prevention, tick/flea prevention, and a variety of additional wellness programs for your pets.
