The Stockton Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Center welcomes you. We are a mixed large animal practice that serves Northern and Southern San Joaquin Counties. All livestock, including horses, cattle, small ruminants, camelids, and pigs, will be serviced at this time (production and pets). Preventative medicine, herd health, and horse dentistry are the mainstays of the practice.

At Lodi Veterinary Hospital, Alicia Webster DVM does Pot Belly Pig (or similar) procedures once a month. Dr. Webster also provides in-home euthanasia treatments for small animals (dogs and cats). The practice, which is based in Lockeford, CA, serves the surrounding area, which includes towns as far north as Wilton, CA, as far south as Manteca/Lathrop, CA, and as far east as Valley Springs, CA. We make every effort to keep our travel area manageable so that we can be there for our clients in the event of an emergency.

In Galt, California, Los Caballos Equine Practice is an equine hospital. Performance horse medicine, surgery, diagnostic imaging, and acupuncture are our specialties.

In 1990, Animal Friends Connection was founded as an educational, rescue, and adoption organization. We created a Cat Shelter/Sanctuary in January 2000 and began sheltering canines in 2004. Since then, we've added kennels for dogs and a great exercise yard. At any given time, our shelter can host up to 40 cats and 35 dogs. Our Shelter would not be able to function without personnel, despite the fact that we are predominantly a volunteer organization. The animals must be fed twice a day and need medical attention. The public must be able to rely on us to show them dogs or cats that are available for adoption.
