Lander Veterinary Clinic welcomes you! It is our passion to give the best possible care for food animals. With 16 veterinarians, our practice focuses solely on dairy, beef, small ruminants, and swine farmers. We serve the Central Valley through four divisions: Lander Veterinary Clinic, Quality Milk Service, Dairy Diagnostics, and OPU/Embryo Transfer, all of which are based in Turlock, California.

On December 23, 1992, Mid Valley Large Animal Service was founded in a garage in Denair, California. Dr. Mark Brandt and his vet school classmate Dr. Craig Brooks joined their customer bases to develop a practice that would give extremely tailored service to their clients. Mid Valley had grown to three veterinarians by the summer of 1993, and was renting a modest office in Ceres. Dr. Brooks retired from the equine business in 1996, leaving Drs. Brandt, Ted Howze, and Bryan Morrett to care for the practice's ever-growing dairy and beef cattle clientele. With five veterinarians, a new pharmacy sales program, and a full-service milk quality laboratory, we opened our current office on Taylor Road in the year 2000.

We are a veterinarian practice dedicated to providing dogs and cats with responsible and affordable wellness care. To combat the problems of pet overpopulation and euthanasia of unwanted pets, we provide low-cost spay and neuter surgeries. We are dedicated to informing pet owners about the most fundamental and essential aspects of preventative medicine.

Dr. Richard L. Baker founded Canal Veterinary Hospital in 1978 with the goal of providing veterinary care to the Denair, California neighborhood. Richard was diagnosed with incurable lung cancer four years later. Dr. Gary Baker, Richard's brother, joined him in helping to create the hospital. The practice grew steadily over the next five years, culminating in the creation of Canal Veterinary Hospital in 1986. Throughout the practice's growth, Dr. Debra Tilson St. Louis (now a mother of five living in Colorado), Dr. Craig Brooks (now the owner of Taylor Veterinary Hospital), and Dr. Deron Larsson were hired.

Monte Vista Small Animal Hospital is a full-service pet hospital in Turlock and the surrounding areas that provides extensive medical and surgical services to pets.Our extensive and varied service offering can cover all of your pet's health needs in one spot, from routine preventative care and surgery to internal medicine and exotic pet care.Every client and patient has received the highest standard of service since 1993. Dr. Bohlander, DVM, founded our clinic in 1948 and was the first to run it. Dr. James Quinley, DVM began working at the Veterinary Medical Center of Turlock in 1998 and joined Dr. Meadows as a co-owner in 1999. Dr. Quinley has owned and operated Veterinary Medical Center of Turlock since June 2008.
