The attractive old downtown Bowling Green and the picturesque Western Kentucky University campus are both just a few blocks from By Pass Animal Clinic, which is tucked away in the heart of south central Kentucky. On October 15, 1979, when Dr. Jerry Smith made the decision to launch his own clinic. At the time, Bowling Green only had a small number of veterinary clinics, and By Pass Animal Clinic was one of the first to focus solely on treating companion animals. Due to our steadfast dedication to our clients and commitment to giving our patients the best care possible, By Pass Animal Clinic has expanded over the years. We value the ties we've built with our clients over the years and think of them as part of our family.

Dr. Hannah Thomas joined the Snodgrass Veterinary Medical Center team in 2017, and Dr. Stan Snodgrass founded the facility in 1989. Over the course of the hospital's more than 30 years of operation, Snodgrass Veterinary Medical Center has expanded to offer full surgery and medicine services for small animals, grooming, boarding, and an on-site pet crematory.

For pets with chronic arthritis and mobility concerns, we offer acupuncture and laser therapy.

Drs. bought Alpine Pet Care Center. From Dr. Tom Stonebraker in July 2000: Trace and Nicole Gorham. Our full-service veterinary hospital offers high-quality care for small animals, including medicine and surgery, as well as referrals to facilities outside the Bowling Green region for specialty care. At Alpine, we strive to treat each patient like a beloved part of the family, just as we would our own pets. We encourage clients to ask inquiries and value open contact with the owner highly. We offer boarding and grooming services, as well as a gated play area. Additionally, we provide free day boarding to animals in need of medical care while they are with us and early morning drop-offs for all patients.
