Companion Animal Hospital opened its doors in 1971. Since 1999, Denise Weaver and Troy Pickerel have controlled the practice. They have four children to be proud of. Jordan, the oldest, is a track scholarship student at Clemson University. Madison and Ashton both attend Athens Christian School, and Christian plays golf for Wingate University in North Carolina. Their close family bond is evident in their tireless efforts to make Companion a warm and welcoming environment for clients and patients.
