Since 1978, West Main Animal Hospital has proudly providing veterinarian services to the Alhambra and surrounding regions. Dr. George Wilson converted the property, previously known as Coutts Plumbing, into a veterinary practice in 1977. Dr. Laszlo A. Frics, DVM, rebuilt the entire facility in 1994, expanding it from 1,500 square feet to 3,200 square feet.

We are committed to providing complete eye care as a specialty ophthalmology clinic by leveraging advanced technologies and our professional expertise. Our goal is to work closely with your primary care veterinarian to make sure you have all of the information you need to make the best decision possible for you and your pet. As a small, locally owned business, we provide compassionate care in a friendly environment so that our patients feel at ease during their visit.

Dr. Swimmer and her husband, a theme park designer who owns the business next door, worked together to create a stunning plan and flow for Vet Villa. The animal hospital's décor is light and airy, with soothing blue elements that animals enjoy, making patients feel at ease. The animal hospital plays soft jazz and classical music throughout, and the individual patient rooms are built for patient comfort, with adjustable lighting and call buttons. We endeavor to give the greatest care while also making our patients' visits relaxing and pleasurable.
